Evernote has announced an update to their Windows Phone 7 app. The update includes amongst others usability and reliability improvements and also native notebook sharing and better editing.

Evernote for Windows Phone 7 now lets you share your notebooks with individuals or the world. The People panel lets you share with individuals via email. If you’re an Evernote Premium subscriber, then you can allow recipients to add and edit content in your notebooks. The Public panel creates a URL to the notebook, which you can paste into an email or share it via the social apps of your choice.

imageSearch is now also contextual, with searching inside the notebook when performed from there, and globally when from outside the note.

Editing of notes is also improved, with the editor for notes now displays all the text, letting you edit it directly. Any images or audio attachments are presented in the gallery above the note area.

In addition, the app is faster and more reliable

Evernote for Windows Phone is free and can be found in Marketplace here.
