Microsoft extolls the ‘Microsoft Internet of things’

Microsoft is in many more places than just the desktop and phone.  In the above video Microsoft attempts to demonstrate in how many ways users touch Microsoft technology in their daily lives, from check-out counters to coin counters to GPS navigation in Ford Sync.

The team seems to be promising something big coming later this year, which may be the next version of their embedded Windows CE OS.
