There is a dystopian vision of the future where we all live in real life squalor while enjoying a life of virtual splendor due to mixed reality.

Developer Exanaview has brought us a little bit closer with his HoloLens app, which lets users sculpt virtual spaces connected to real environments right from their HoloLens, as can be seen in the video below.

Exanaview  sees the so-called 3D Spatial Authoring application as useful Construction, Architecture, Building Information Management (BIM), Outdoor Landscaping and more.
