Last year, Microsoft released dedicated Copilot app for iOS and Android devices. The Copilot app on iOS and Android allowed users to access OpenAI’s advanced models such as GPT-4 and Dall-E 3 and get precise response to their queries. Until now, the Copilot mobile app had its limitations such as lack of Copilot Pro support, inability to use plugins and more.
Recently, Microsoft released an updated Copilot app for iOS and Android with Copilot Pro, Entra ID and plugins. Read about the new capabilities below:
- Copilot Pro support: Microsoft recently announced the new Copilot Pro subscription that offers you priority access to GPT-4 and GPT-4 Turbo during peak times, the ability to create images faster with Microsoft Designer, and the ability to use Copilot in Microsoft 365 apps. The new Copilot subscription costs $20.00 user/month and you can visit the Microsoft Copilot Pro subscription sign-up page to get started.
- Plugins support: Plugins are the connection between Copilot and the rest of the digital world. You can connect Copilot with various plugins such as OpenTable, Wolfram Alpha, Expedia, Instacart, Kayak, Klarna, Redfin and Zillow to perform specific tasks.
- Entra ID support (enterprise Azure AD): You can now use your enterprise login ID instead of regular Microsoft Account to the use the Copilot mobile app. This will be useful for enterprises who adopt Microsoft Copilot for its employees. Enterprise Mode provides extra protection of personal and company data for Enterprise chat.
