At Build 2016, Microsoft announced that the company is bringing an iOS emulator in Xamarin for Windows. For those unfamiliar, Xamarin is a tool which developers can use to build cross-platform apps with C# that run on Windows, iOS and Android. At the conference, Xamarin showed off an iOS emulator inside Windows which means developers can easily build and test their cross-platform apps in Windows, without having to “invest in a chair [Mac] that spins.” For those wondering, features like multi-touch are also supported.
