Today at Computex 2018, ASUS announced a new ZenBook Pro series with an interactive ScreenPad technology. The ScreenPad is a 5.5” FHD (1920 x 1080) Super IPS+ display with 178? wide-view technology which is located in the same position as a regular touchpad. With a single key press, you can turn this screen into a regular touchpad. In fact, it can act as a Precision touchpad that supports up to four-finger smart gestures. Asus has protected this display with glass for fingerprint and smudge resistance.

ScreenPad can act as an interactive display with helpful functions that adapt to your work and will help you to multitask and get things done. It can change functions automatically when you switch apps, and you can create your own shortcuts. You can also extend your Windows desktop onto ScreenPad. With Screen Extender mode, you can extend your laptop’s screen onto ScreenPad, giving you a dual display in one device.

Asus has packed the new ZenBook Pro with latest internals for maximum performance. It comes with up to 8th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU (six-cores), GeForce GTX1050 Ti graphics with 4GB memory, 1TB SSD and 16GB RAM. It comes with NanoEdge 4K UHD ultraslim-bezel display and is PANTONE validated with factory-calibrated color accuracy (100% Adobe RGB).

The new ZenBook Pro also supports the new ASUS Pen. ASUS Pen can detect even various pressure variations — in 1,024 steps from 10g all the way up to 300g. You can also hold it at angles of up to 45° without affecting the quality and placement of the lines you draw.

For great audio experience, ASUS has partnered with Harman Kardon to produce the next generation of ASUS SonicMaster audio technology. ASUS claims that this laptop will offer 1.4X louder sound than previous laptop.

The new ZenBook Pro 15 will offer 9.5 hours of battery life, thanks to its 71Wh battery. It also supports Fast Charging, you can recharge your laptop to 60% in 49 minutes.
