Application Discovery Improved In Windows Phone

So far, its been long list of applications in Windows Phone 7 and you have to scroll through 10’s of apps you have installed. Now with the upcoming Mango update for Windows Phone, its super easy to launch your app. Similar to contacts list, you have jump lists of alphabets using which you can find your app. Also when you search for an item in marketplace, results will be displayed in pivot view that lets you filter between apps, music, podcasts,etc,. Also when you select an application in marketplace, again a pivoted screen with description, reviews, screenshots will appear. Pretty neat stuff on application discovery coming on next update.
