Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

At the Adobe Summit 2025, Adobe announced a collaboration with Microsoft to introduce AI-driven marketing capabilities to Microsoft 365 Copilot, debuting Adobe Marketing Agent and developing Adobe Express Agent. Amit Ahuja, senior vice president, Digital Experience Business, Adobe said:

Businesses are under pressure to retain a competitive edge by increasing the efficiency and productivity of their organizations. Adobe Marketing Agent and Adobe Express Agent will be an unlock for businesses, enabling marketers to access Adobe capabilities within the natural flow of work to create impactful content and drive personalization initiatives.

Adobe Marketing Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

In private preview, Adobe Marketing Agent enables marketers to:

  • Augment audience targeting: Use Adobe Experience Platform and Customer Journey Analytics within Microsoft 365 Copilot to access data, gain insights, and identify target audiences for campaigns.
  • Unlock actionable insights: Generate performance reports and summarize customer insights using AI-powered prompts in Microsoft applications.
  • Boost collaboration: Integrate with Adobe Workfront to execute projects, summarize tasks, and easily monitor progress within Microsoft 365.

The integration streamlines marketing workflows so companies can analyze data and launch campaigns more efficiently.

Adobe Express Agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot

Adobe is developing Adobe Express Agent, a creative AI assistant for Microsoft 365 Copilot, that will allow users to:

  • Generate High-Quality Visuals: Create images, social media posts, and presentations using a conversational AI interface.
  • Seamless Integration: Insert visuals into Microsoft Word and PowerPoint without switching between applications.
  • Automate Creative Workflows: Democratize content creation for teams.

This feature integrates Adobe Express capabilities into Microsoft 365, enabling non-designers to access professional-grade visuals without requiring advanced design skills.

Adobe is also integrating its tools into ad platforms to accelerate campaign execution. Under GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Adobe announced an expanded relationship with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Advertising to enable marketers to generate campaign assets for paid social and display ads quickly.

This integration between Adobe and Microsoft aims to empower marketers by integrating AI-driven tools directly into their daily workflows, enhancing efficiency and creativity.
