HP Spectre 13 which is apparently the world’s thinnest laptop is going on sale in India from this Saturday. HP Spectre 13 features CNC machined aluminum chassis as thin as an AAA-battery at just 10.4 mm. A carbon fiber bottom creates a thin profile that is both durable and lightweight, keeping the total weight of the notebook at just 2.45 pounds. A hybrid battery split into two thinner pieces delivers the same wattage as a single battery for up to 9 and half hours of battery life.

Customers can choose between 6th generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors and a lightning fast PCIe SSD with storage up to 512 GB with up to 8 GB of memory for maximum performance. It comes with three full function USB Type-C connectors, including two of which support Thunderbolt, to provide a fast I/O connection.

“HP as India’s technology leader aims to make life better, productive and more fun,” said Rajiv Srivastava, Managing Director, HP India. “We are at the forefront of delivering industry-leading innovation and HP’s Spectre 13 is a beautifully crafted Notebook and a reflection of what many millennials aspire to be — exceptional, cool, dazzling, standing out from the crowd, but making an impact.”

This new HP Spectre 13 starts at Rs. 1,19,990 in India and will be available starting June 25.
