Waves of Windows Phone Snapchat users being permanently banned

Snapchat has been sending users warnings that they account would be blocked if they use 3rd party apps, and that this will eventually lead to their account being permanently blocked.

It seems Snapchat’s patience has now run out, and more and more users are reporting  being permanently locked out of their accounts.

Of course Windows Phone users have some problems complying with the request to use an official app, making Snapchat’s actions rather vindictive.

There has been some vague rumours that Snapchat may be looking to deliver an official Windows Phone app.  Hopefully they will deliver before the whole community who actually want to use their product are permanently banned.
