Every year for Halloween Windows Phone Parent is determined to do something special for their followers. Last year, we released a Halloween greeting video called A Special Message from Jack The Talking Pumpkin where we featured Windows Phone Halloween apps.

This year, we decided to do something even more special, as we thought of giving all our parents and young Windows Phone fans a treat. This treat is not eatable or chewable but it is readable! Get your Halloween bag ready and download our adorable e-book app called The Three Vampires. We wanted to give all our parents with early readers a special Halloween moment where they can share a very spooky yet sweet story inspired by the famous tale: Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Download it today and read along to your child while they discover the illustrations as they tap on highlighted words in the story. This app was specially designed for all our followers and it is for free with no ads. It already has high ratings and great positive feedback on the Windows Phone App Store: “My three year old won’t put it down. I read it to him once and now he makes up his own story every time.

Best Apps for Kids and Parents

About Windows Phone Parent
Windows Phone Parent was conceived in September 2011 by Sandra Sears, a mom with a technology and education background, with the goal of assisting parents in finding quality entertainment and education apps on their Windows Phone. Originally envisioned as a simple website with a limited number of app reviews, the project has expanded into a comprehensive app catalog featured on the web, social networks and WP apps for English- and Spanish-speaking markets. Windows Phone Parent hopes to raise the bar with regard to developing Windows Phone applications for children and parents and to give a voice to parents in their development. The Windows Phone Parent website was officially launched on November 8, 2011, and its app was officially launched a year later on November 8, 2012.
