As the years have progressed, phones have become larger and larger, with the charge usually led by Samsung’s flagships, even resulting in Samsung redesigning their phone user interface to accommodate phones too large to reach the top left corner.
It is therefore good to hear that this year Samsung will be catering for those with normal-sized hands with a smaller flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite.
According to reliable leaker Ice Universe that handset will be “only” 5.75 inches diagonal, and of course due to the bezel-less design it should be slightly smaller than the 5.8 inch iPhone X.
The exact size of the future Galaxy phone screen:
S10 Lite: 5.75 inches
S10: 6.11 inches
S10+: 6.44 inches
S10 5G version: 6.66 inches
Note10: 6.75 inches— ICE UNIVERSE (@UniverseIce) December 24, 2018
Ice Universe also reveals the screen sizes of the rest of the collection:
- S10 Lite: 5.75 inches
- S10: 6.11 inches
- S10+: 6.44 inches
- S10 5G version: 6.66 inches
- Note10: 6.75 inches
Besides the news of a small phone, the other “big” news is the exact screen size of the Note10, which at 6.75 inches will once again set it well apart from the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. The current generation Note9 is “only” 6.4 inches.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite is expected to feature a 5-megapixel punch-hole Infinity-O front-facing camera, dual 12 megapixel rear cameras, and flat rather than curved screen.
We expect the devices to hit the market in February, so keep an eye on the site for more detail as they inevitably leak.
