We have seen the feature list a few days ago, and now the application itself has been released and is available to download from Microsoft.

The app, which works as well on Windows Mobile 6.0 than 6.5 (but much prettier on 6.5) uniquely supports video uploads, and provide easy access to contact information from facebook friends, allowing one to easily text or call them.
