Nokianesia reports that the Nokia Normandy’s Nokia’s Android handset, is currently being evaluated by Indonesia’s Directorate General of Resources and Equipment Post and Information Technology the Republic of Indonesia – Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, which is their equivalent of the FCC.

The handset is obviously moving full steam ahead to release, with the entry being updated on the 21st January only.

With Nokia’s handset division expected to change hands today, Microsoft will soon be in the interesting position of preparing to sell an Android handset in the very near future.
