A somewhat late arrival in the Windows Store, Nissan has just published an official Nissan Connect app for their cars in the Windows Store. Nissan has become an early partner on Microsoft’s Connected Car platform and we wonder of the delivery of the app is related to this.

The app allows users to gain access to data from the cars Telematics Control Unit (TCU) after being registered by the dealer, and receive various alerts and notifications related to driving pattern along with service and maintenance monitoring.

The app also gives access to the Nissan Community, let you locate your car, receive safety tips and will guide you to your nearest service station.
