Microsoft Offering Up To $2000 Incentive For Publishing Windows Phone 8 & Windows 8 Apps

Microsoft sometimes offers cash incentive for developers who create Windows Phone or Windows apps. It is not a new thing! Last week, Microsoft announced a new program where developers can earn upto $2000 by submitting Windows Phone 8 and Windows 8 apps to Windows Phone Store and Windows Store respectively.

Offer good only to the first 10,000 qualified applications published in the Windows Store and/or Windows Phone Store, or until the end of the promotional period, whichever comes first.  Limit 10 entries per publisher ID and up to $2,000 per person.

While this program may result in many low quality apps in Windows Store, this will significantly increase the number of apps in Windows Store.
