Microsoft is adding a new bot to its seasonal Skype Bots, this time, a bot that offers you up to date information on the IAAF 2017 athletics events, letting you keep up with feats of world class athletes like Mo Farah and Usain Bolt among others.

The IAAF world championships is an athletic event organised by the iNternational Association of Athletics Federations. This year, it will run from the 4th of August to the 13th of August and will be hosted in London’s Olympic Stadium.

Skype’s SPIKES bot (a cheeky nod towards the spikes on athletes shoes) will help you keep track of this by offering videos, results, and breaking news. You’ll get a new Live view, and you’ll also be able to customise what athletes and events you’re keeping track of in the “My Spikes”watchlist.

You can add the SPIKES bot to your contact list by searching it up in the Skype directory. If you’re interested in this event and you have Skype installed, doesn’t seem like it would hurt.
