Intel showed off a real Pocket PC at Computex (video)

One of the most interesting devices Intel showed off at Computex was their Tiger Rapids prototype, but the company was also working on another device over the last 2 years.
In development since 2016, their Pocket PC above is powered by an Intel Kaby Lake Y processor and runs full Windows 10. While in phone mode it ran at low voltage without any fan.
Intel has however also developed a dock (a bit like the Samsung Dex docks) which contains a fan and which would allow active cooling of the PocketPC, and which would let the device be connected to a full keyboard, screen and mouse and offer a powerful desktop experience.
The Pocket PC is merely a prototype, and it appears was created mostly to show what is possible, but the idea is pretty intriguing for those who prefer a real one-device, always connected computing experience.
