The future of Windows 10 Mobile will rely heavily on 3rd party OEMs making differentiated handsets.
So far Microsoft has not been able to publicly secure the big names such as Samsung to support their venture, but they have enlisted a number of less prominent OEMs to experiment with Windows 10 Mobile.
Today AdDuplex released a list of 3rd party OEMs who have Windows 10 Mobile handsets on their network.
The list does not I think reveal any new names, though it is interesting the handsets are already running WIndows 10 Mobile despite mostly not having access to the Insider program, strongly suggesting official testing.
The AdDuplex data is not otherwise very interesting except for a change in the % of Windows 10 Mobile handsets in use.
Due to an error in methodology AdDuplex had been overcounting Windows 10 Mobile devices.  Now this has been corrected, they found 5.3% of Windows Phones are Windows 10 Mobile handsets, up 0.8% since last month.
