Google yesterday announced a new update for Assistant on Android devices. This update brings better visual responses and more complete information at a glance. You can see one such example in the above image.
The cards will now present key information in a new interface for various categories like events. Google Assistant also gets tools like the tip calculator, metronome music pacer and bubble level.
One bad thing about this update is that Google is bringing ads to Google Assistant. For some questions, Assistant will show you web links. In such cases, Assistant will include the existing ads that you’d see on Search today.
This new update is now rolling out now on Android phones.
