We recently reported there happens to be some confusion as to when the Galaxy S21 lineup will be announced. But besides the release date, it looks like leaksters are divided over whether or not the Galaxy S21 and S21+ will use a curved display. According to the famous tipster Ice Universe, both the S21 and S21+ will feature a flat display, while the S21 Ultra will have a curved display. But if tipster Max Jambor is to be believed, the display of the S21 and S21+ won’t be entirely flat.
According to Max, the display in S21 and S21+ will be slightly curved, while the display of the S21 Ultra will be more curved. From what we’ve seen in the leaked renders of the S21 series, the display of S21 and S21+ appears to be flat, but now with Max claiming otherwise, we’re not quite sure whose source is more authentic in this regard.
No, he's right. S21 and S21+ will be slightly curved. Like 2.5D or even 2.75D. The S21U on the other hand is more curved

The size of the bezels on all sides will be the same in the S21 lineup. The S21 will have three cameras at the back and one selfie camera, housing which will be a punch hole camera cutout. The S21 Ultra will pack a 108MP primary rear camera, a 40MP front-facing camera, and a 5,000mAh battery. The Samsung Galaxy S21 lineup will be powered by Snapdragon 875 and will be based on OneUI 3.0. You can know more about Samsung Galaxy S21Â here.
