Earlier this evening, Microsoft released the Software Development Kit for Windows 10 Technical Preview. As you may know, Microsoft has packed bunch of new APIs with Windows 10 which developers can take advantage of. Microsoft has already started publishing video guides for developers about the new APIs. One of the most important and useful new API on Windows 10 is the new Action Center API.
