App Builder DVLUP

App Builder Rewards program allows developers to explore the tools and resources they need to build an amazing app, while stretching and strengthening the coding skills. It offered rewards points for completing tasks which developers can redeem later. Microsoft ended App Builder program back in June and it is now available under DVLUP brand.

The following mail was sent to developers regarding this change,

We hope you’re looking forward to kicking off the new year – filled with fun creative projects and, of course, building some awesome new Windows apps!

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for being a valued member of the Microsoft App Builder Program, and to share some exciting news: App Builder is now DVLUP.

DVLUP was created to fuel your success as a developer. And now, DVLUP is about more than developing Apps. You’ll have fun, earn rewards and bring new ideas to life. As a DVLUP member, you’ll also have exclusive access to challenges, news, events, partner opportunities and much more.

Just like App Builder, you’ll earn points that you can redeem for valuable rewards, including promotional placements for your apps. And if exclusive access and online glory aren’t enough, we’ve got more badges than you’ll find at a police convention.
