Not too long after introducing AI assistant for Reader & Acrobat, Adobe has released a beta update for its Adobe Express mobile app, targeting both Android and iOS users.

This update prioritizes mobile content creation by integrating new artificial intelligence features and improved editing tools.

A significant addition is the inclusion of Adobe’s Firefly generative AI models. These functionalities allow users to create unique content directly on their mobile devices. Some key examples include generating new images based on text descriptions, adding or removing objects in photos using text prompts, and designing headlines with the help of AI-powered text styling.

The update also introduces a set of video editing tools specifically designed for mobile users. These tools include pre-designed templates, the ability to combine various media elements, real-time caption generation, and support for high-resolution video editing.

Beyond these core functionalities, the new app offers a variety of features to enhance the overall content creation experience. Users can access a vast library of content like templates, fonts, stock assets, and music tracks. The app also provides one-click editing options for photos and videos, social media scheduling capabilities, brand management tools, and real-time collaboration features.

For Creative Cloud subscribers, the new app allows seamless access and editing of Photoshop and Illustrator assets directly within Adobe Express, fostering a smooth workflow between mobile and desktop applications.
