At IFA 2019, Nokia announced two new budget phones which came with support for modern apps and even Google Assistant. However, it looks like Nokia wasn’t done as the company is working on another feature phone that might run on Android.

Google has been working on bringing Android on feature phones for a while now and the latest prototype from Nokia seems to be running on Android 8.1. We don’t know much about the device as the video only shows the software which includes Google Assistant and even Google Maps. The about section in the settings reveal the phone name as “Iron GAFP”.

We don’t know if the device will be launching anytime soon but it looks like Google has finally made an Android OS tailored for feature phones.
