The Microsoft Teams app for Android devices has picked up a pretty major update today on the Google Play Store. Microsoft today released version 1416 of the Teams app, which introduces SSO along with a couple of other new features.

With the latest update for the Microsoft Teams app, Microsoft is adding support for SSO (aka Single Sign-in) to the app which will allow users to login easily with other Office 365 apps on their Android device. The update also introduces the ability to access OneNote files shared in conversations, and more:

  • Easily access OneNote files and tabbed Office documents in team channels
  • Single sign-in with other Office 365 apps
  • Added support for certificate-based authentication
  • Bug fixes and performance improvements

The latest update for Microsoft Teams is already available in the Google Play Store here and you can download it here.
