Another week, another new Windows 10 Insider Preview build: Microsoft has just released build 14931 to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring for PCs. Windows 10’s latest Insider Preview build doesn’t bring any major changes which isn’t surprising to see as Microsoft released a new build just last week. There are, however, some minor changes just like most of the Windows 10 Redstone 2 builds Microsoft released so far. The only new feature introduced with this build is native support for USB Audio 2.0. According to Microsoft’s Dona Sarkar, this is an early version of the driver which won’t include all the features — for example, the driver only supports playback in the current build of Windows 10.

Keep in mind that the Redstone 2 development is still in its early stages, so don’t expect to see some of the major new features just yet. As usual, the build 14931 includes a handful other improvements and fixes for the OS, but it also includes some known issues.

As for Windows 10 Mobile, Microsoft has stated that it is still investigation two issues which required a hard reset to resolve — therefore, the company isn’t releasing a new Mobile build this week. However, once those issues are fixed, we should continue to see new builds form next week.

If you are in the Windows Insider program’s Fast ring, you can now download the build on your Windows 10 device by opening up Windows Update’s Update & Security page in the Settings app. What do you think of the new features in Windows 10 Build 14931? Let us know in the comment section below!
