If you have not jumped into the new Halo Wars 2 universe yet Microsoft has just decided to sweeten the deal with a compendium version, Halo Wars 2: Complete Edition, which features the blockbuster game and also bundles together all post-launch content.

The updated title includes the base game, the season pass and the upcoming “Awakening the Nightmare” expansion valued at $19.99.

Halo Wars 2 delivers real-time strategy at the speed of Halo combat. Players lead the armies of Spartans and other Halo fighting forces like Warthogs, Scorpions and exciting new units in a brutal war against a terrifying new enemy,  the Banished – a fierce and powerful Brute faction led by a cunning and lethal warrior known as Atriox, on Halo’s largest battlefield yet.

Microsoft has not announced the new edition yet, but listings have popped up online pointing to a 26th September release date for both Xbox One and Windows 10, with the $59.99 game being a PlayAnywhere title.
