Following the well received success of Timedancer Episode 1, here comes Timedancer Episode 2. Timedancer is an unique and exciting interactive sci-fi app, built for Windows Phone 7. It combines the writing talent of independent screenwriter Arivind Abraham, the acting talents of John Moraitis (United 93, Where The Truth Lies, Headhunter), Ashley Gerlach (BBC’s Rock and Chips) and Samantha Tan (5:13, King and I, Carmen) and a crew of independent filmmakers, artists and programmers. Its an Windows Phone exclusive app. The developers have targeted the Windows Phone platform as it allows them to take advantage of a decent baseline specification to deliver HD video, interactive 3D environments for exploration as well as puzzles and games. They also hope that they can port the series to other platforms (notably Windows 8 and Xbox 360) in the future easily from Windows Phone.
They are offering Episode 1 for free as a “sample episode†and charging £0.99 ($1.29) for each subsequent episode. You can buy/download it from the marketplace from here.
