You can now try out HTC’s Vive VR headset at select Microsoft Stores

HTC recently launched its virtual reality headset, the Vive. If you are planning to buy a Vive, and you are not too sure about the purchase, you will be glad to know that you can now try out the Vive at select Microsoft Stores right now. Microsoft stated:

Starting this April, be the first to try the new HTC Vive virtual reality system, only at select Microsoft Stores.* The HTC Vive virtual reality experience at Microsoft Store allows you to explore hyperrealistic virtual worlds. Designed from the ground up for room-scale interaction, Vive delivers an immersive and delightful experience for seated, standing and room-scale experiences.

Currently, the company is allowing users to try out the Vive in three stores:

If you are not near any of these stores, don’t fret as Microsoft is bringing it to other stores later this month:

Additionally, it is worth noting that the company will be adding more Stores that will offer Vive demos next month, and more info about that will be available later. If you are planning to checkout the Vive, keep in mind that you need to be 18 or older.
