One good thing to come from the Nokia handset division purchase is that it turned Microsoft into a smartphone OEM, which means the company is now free to sell Windows Phones directly from its own store.
This has meant for the first time Microsoft is selling Nokia handsets directly from their online store in UK.
Unfortunately even Microsoft is not selling the Lumia 630 for their promised £89, which seems rather odd. I am sure that price would have been a pretty good way to launch that channel.
