Betanews have posted to 9.5 minute hands-on video of the SmartGlass application running on Windows Phone ( a Nokia Lumia 900) and also a Windows tablet.
The video demoes both game play and music control, and it is interesting that it offers a different experience on tablet and the phone while still being synchronized between 3 devices.
The video also demoes “Pick up and playâ€, a feature that will synchronize game levels and positions between the phone and other Xbox Live devices, such as tablets and PCs. This is in fact a feature which I have not heard much about before, but which has of course been promised for a long time.
I suspect SmartGlass will actually increase the use of the Xbox 360. Now all I need is an automatic HDMI switcher 😉
