Xamarin offering free subscriptions for Windows Phone developers

Xamarin is a .net-based common language run time which lets developers create a single code base to target iOS, Android and Windows.

To entice Windows Phone developers to use their tools, Xamarin is offering them a special promotion this August.

For this month only the company is offering free, community-supported subscriptions of Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android, including their Visual Studio extensions, for personal use.

The offer is open to published independent Windows Phone developers (one license per developer) and to apply developers simply need to fill out a short form sharing the details of their Windows Phone app published on or before August 17th, 2015:

The offer expires August 31st, 2015.
