Windows Phone Mango OEM’s Ready To Compete With Upcoming iPhone

According to Digitimes, Windows Phone OEM’s are getting ready to compete with upcoming iPhone in September. Samsung, HTC, LG are expected to launched their Windows Phone Mango based devices in September to directly compete with new iPhone.

Other vendors to unveil Mango phones at the recently concluded
Microsoft’s 2011 WPC (Worldwide Partner Conference) included Acer, ZTE and
Fujitsu Toshiba, the sources indicated.

HTC is expected to roll out a number of Mango phones, powered by
Qualcomm 1.5GHz single-core CPUs with display sizes ranging from 3.8- to
4.7-inch, the sources noted

Also according to Digitimes sources, HTC is expected to launch their second generation Windows Phone devices with 1.5GHz CPU’s.
