@sarang20067 WP8.1 supports Miracast but it will require new HW. MAYBE 1520 is new enough, I'm not sure. most WP8 hw won't be.

With Windows Phone 8.1, Microsoft has added support projecting your Windows Phone screen to external displays. You can either connect your Windows Phone to a compatible PC using a USB cable and you can run an application on the PC to show the phone screen. Or you can make use of the Miracast feature in Windows Phone 8.1 to wirelessly project your screen to compatible displays. The bad news is that most of the current Windows Phone 8 devices are not compatible for this Miracast feature. Even in the future, only some of the forthcoming new WP8.1 phones will support wireless Miracast display to compatible TVs and other devices. Joe Belfiore confirmed it on Twitter that only Nokia Lumia 1520 WP8 device may support this awesome feature.
