Microsoft has rolled out an update to the Windows Maps app improving the navigation options for users who rely on voice navigation.
The changelog reads:
Greater control over voice navigation options
This translates to improved voice control functionality allowing you to control the voice volume in three modes ranging from “Softer”, to “Normal”, to “Louder”. There’s now direct access to the Bluetooth settings menu in the Maps app as well.
While the update (Version 5.1706.14720) rolled out to Fast Ring Mobile and PCs alike, many of the features appeared only on mobile devices for presumably self-apparent reasons.
