Windows 10’s News app updated with more election coverage for Insiders


Microsoft released a new update for the Windows 10 News app last night. The update doesn’t bring any new feature if you don’t care about the United States presidential election. That’s because Microsoft is adding live updates and “more news” on the United States presidential election which will allow users to get real-time results and news right on the News app during the Election night:

More election coverage – The latest version adds live updates and more news on the 2016 U.S. presidential election. On Election Night, get real-time results and in-depth coverage, with the latest news and analysis from top news organizations. You will see a dedicated section on the News app home page, with access to detailed coverage on elections.

The latest update for the News app is only available to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring, but it is available for both Mobile and PCs. You can get the latest update, version, from the link below:
