Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14383 for both PCs and Mobile in the Fast ring. Along with it, Microsoft also released the corresponding SDK for developers. The Preview SDK Build 14383 contains bug fixes and under development changes to the API surface area.

To start developing on the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, install the latest Windows 10 for Insiders, update to Visual Studio 2015 Update 2, and then install the Windows 10 Anniversary SDK Preview Build 14383.
