Sometimes not all changes make the official changelog.
Such is the case with the unheralded fix to the Lumia 535 scaling issue with Windows 10 Mobile build 14356.
According to reports the Insider OS update fixes the issue of full screen apps and games not filling the screen and being cut off at the bottom when the device is running Windows 10 Mobile.
