Just yesterday, Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul announced that the company will be releasing Windows 10 Mobile Build 10536 to Insiders today. If you’re waiting for the build, we’ve some bad news for you: Microsoft isn’t releasing a new Mobile build today:
I have some bad news folks. We discovered an issue late last night that would have caused builds *after* 10536 to not install over it.

Gabriel Aul also stated:
It is caused by our UpdateGen process which enables the build-to-build deltas. The good news is we were already flighting the next build which has the Store fix, so we have that one close behind. But the bad news is that it will be early next week, so no build today.
As Gabe stated, there is a bug on Build 10536 which causes newer builds to not install over it, which is a major issue. With that said, the company will be fixing the IAP bug for the Store with the upcoming build, which is a pretty good news.
So there you have it, a new Mobile build is coming next week.
