Microsoft has updated the Windows 10 Mail and Calendar app for Insiders to version 16005.11029.20090.0.

The update brings a number of design improvements with renewed, fresher icons,  and with the icons for the accounts now always visible, making it easier and quicker to switch, with the hamburger menu opening the list of favourite folders.

The calendar part of the app has also been updated with a new feature, allowing users to quickly create a new appointment by clicking on a day in the calendar via a new pop-up.

The update is now available to Windows 10 Insiders in the Fast and Skip Ahead rings.
