Microsoft is currently building support for Beam (which they acquired earlier this year) into Windows 10. This was announced at today’s Windows 10 Event, and follows Beam’s announcement of a UWP Windows 10 (and Xbox One) app for their service.

It’s going to be built into the Xbox Game Bar (Which is access through Win+G, or the Xbox Guide button), and will start rolling out next year with the Windows 10 Creators Update.
For those who aren’t familiar, Beam is an interactive game streaming service. Viewers are able to interact with the broadcaster, sending them things like messages or extra challenges.
