Yesterday, a new build of Windows 10 leaked out on the internet, giving us a sneak peak at what Microsoft has been working on for the past few weeks. Windows 10 Build 10558 comes with three new apps: Skype Messaging, Skype Video, and Microsoft Phone — alongside these new apps, Microsoft has also added a couple of new icons. First up, is the new registry editor icon (aka regedit) which you can see on the above image.

The latest build also brings a new icon for the “safe to remove hardware” icon on the taskbar, some new icons related to devices, and some new icons for things related to Sound. Obviously, these icons aren’t the final icons yet, and they may change in the near-future. Nonetheless, it’s nice to see Microsoft updating some of the old things on Windows, and giving them a modern look. What do you think? Discuss in the comment section below.
