WhatsApp now lets you send any type of file you want on Windows Phone

WhatsApp has been working on adding support for all kinds of files to its apps for a while now. Today, the company is finally rolling out the ability to upload any type of file to WhatsApp on Windows Phone. The feature is currently only available on the beta version of the app, which means it will get rolled out to the stable version of the app in a few weeks or days time.

Uploading any type of files to WhatsApp works just like photo and video uploads. All you have to do is click on the attachment icon and from there you can use the File Explorer to browse the different folders on your phone and select a file to upload it.
