Official GDR2 update details

Lumia 1020 officially revealed

  • About same width and height as Lumia 920
  • Over 1 mm thinner than 920, only 10.4 mm thick
  • Over 25 grams lighter than 920, only 158 g.
  • 4.5 inch WXGA display (not 1080p)
  • 2 GB of RAM (920 only had 1 GB)
  • Same dual-core 1.5 GHz S4 processor
  • 41-megapixel camera with OIS

HERE location apps available for all devices

  • Nokia HERE Drive and other location apps are now free for all Windows Phone devices (aside from some blocked regions)
  • Global navigation (Drive+) can be purchased for an extra amount unless you have a 9xx or 8xx device.

Halo: Spartan Assault game coming

  • At first will only be available on Verizon in the US
  • Probably will be released sometime before June
