At Windows 10 devices event, Microsoft revealed HoloLens Development Edition. Microsoft HoloLens devices will begin shipping in the first quarter of 2016 to developers in the United States and Canada. Starting in January, accepted applicants will be invited to pre-order the Development Edition. Then, the first devices will ship in the first quarter of 2016. It will cost $3,000 per device and there is a limit of two per application. You can apply for the HoloLens developer program here.
