Vizage Update to V1.4 – Goodbye

VizAge has just been updated to Version 1.4. This update officially says goodbye to our usage of the facial recognition API and begins using the web service to analyse users photos.

For those who aren’t aware VizAge is a fun app that allows you to guess people’s ages by snapping a picture of their face using facial recognition. It’s perfect to use on a group friends down the pub!

When VizAge was first released we promised we’d continue to support the app using another facial recognition API (after was acquired by Facebook) and this updates means we have kept our promise!

Although the algorithm isn’t quite as accurate yet, its still very much early days and we’ve been informed that they will be continuously rolling out updates over the coming months.

We hope you continue to enjoy VizAge – feel free to tweet us @Mendzapp with any suggestions/feature requests.

If you haven’t yet downloaded this app you can download it here to try the free trial, or scan the QR code right.
