Pocketnow have managed to get some exclusive renders of the HTC Trophy for Verizon, the CDMA version of the HTC 7 Trophy.  While the handsets appear identical there are some subtle differences.

One of the most obvious is that the front of the device no longer has any HTC branding, unlike the GSM version.  On the front of the device also the grill holes for the ear piece are less but bigger.

Around the back the Verizon HTC Trophy appears to have a connection for an external antenna, something completely missing from the GSM version.

Internally the device is rumoured to have more storage (16 GB) and also be a world phone, with both GSM and CDMA circuitry.

The most recent rumours are that the handset will be released next week, on the 12 May, and while we do not expect a stampede, Verizon has warned that stocks may be limited, so if you really want one it may be wise to get one earlier rather than later in the day.
