Ubisoft is sending out invites for The Division’s Public Test Server on Xbox One

Invites for Tom Clancy’s The Division’s Public Test Server have started rolling out to Xbox One and PS4 console users in Europe, with invites heading to the America’s tomorrow, July 12. The PTS, which has been available for PC gamers since September of last year, will allow console users to try out upcoming updates, including the new 1.7 update starting July 13th.

If you were hoping to get your hands on one of those invites, check your inbox, because all 20,000 spots that were made available have been spoken for, 10,000 invites per console, unlike with the PC version. In order to have been selected, gamers would’ve had to play the title within the past month and reached level 30. But fret not, as Massive may be planning to bring another console PTS for the 1.8 update, which is scheduled to arrive sometime later this year with more content and features.

The Division PTS 1.7, which came to PC at the end of June, introduced Classified Gear Sets, Global Events, changes to the NinjaBike Messenger Bag exotic item, and more. And on top of everything, Ubisoft will be releasing two free expansions as part of The Division Year 2.
