The product of development on XDA-Developers, Touch the music is a community effort to bring a free version of Guitar Hero and Tap-Tap Revenge to Windows Mobile.
As can be seen in the demo video above, the software uses a form of interpolated multi-touch, meaning simultaneous notes are not a problem.
